文档介绍：分类号:F06210710-2011123008硕士学位论文互联网金融发展研究李娟导师姓名职称左庆乐教授申请学位级别硕士学科专业名称产业经济学论文提交日期2014年5月20日论文答辩日期2014年5月24日学位授予单位长安大学万方数据The Financial Development Research A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of MasterCandidate:Li JuanSupervisor: QingleProf. He Chang’an University, Xi’an, China万方数据万方数据i摘要随着金融业在我国的发展,以及民众金融理财意识的提升,人们对金融产品高效、快捷、简单的要求也越来越高,互联网金融就是在这样的背景下在我国迅速发展的。互联网金融的出现对政府的监管提出了新的挑战,在此时深入研究互联网金融的发展,提出政府监管建议具有重要的现实意义。本文以互联网金融为研究对象,参考相关文献、制度,以国内几种互联网金融产品为线索,分析了互联网金融的运行模式、产生的影响,并对互联网金融进行了SWOT分析,基于SWOT分析提出了针对互联网金融发展的监管建议。首先,本文对互联网金融在我国的发展进行了概括,并对国内外相关互联网金融的研究进行了梳理;其次,对互联网金融的内涵、互联网金融的模式、互联网金融的影响进行了论述;再次,以国内几种典型互联网金融产品为线索,从7个角度分别分析了这些产品,并对新型互联网企业与传统金融机构两大主体进行了博弈分析;然后,通过SWOT分析工具详细分析互联网金融,总结了互联网金融自身具有的优势、劣势以及外部面临的机遇、威胁,这为后文提出监管建议提供了理论依据;最后参照SWOT分析的结果,提出互联网金融发展的监管建议:政府监管部门、互联网金融从业者、互联网金融参与者三个方面应全力配合,加速互联网金融立法进程,加强互联网金融信用体系建设,建立互联网金融监管协调机制,建立消费者权利保护制度。关键词:互联网金融、余额宝、博弈论、SWOT分析、监管建议万方数据iiAbstractWith the development of financial industry in our country, and the promotion of public financial services awareness, and the high demands of people in the financial products,efficient, quick and simple are increasing now, the finance was born in such a background in our country. The emergence of the finance propose a new challenge to the government supervision, at this time researching the finance further, put forward to the government regulatory has important practical paper taking the finance as the research object, in reference to related literature, the system, taking some finance in China as the clues, analyzed some finance operation modes and impacts, and use SWOT analysis analyzed the finance, based on the SWOT analysis put forward some regulate suggestions on the finance first,has carried on the summary to the development of the finance in our country, researched the domestic and foreign studies of finance.
