本工程是杭州市云舒大厦消防给排水设计,云舒大厦总高为73m,属于一类高层建筑。该大厦是集宾馆、餐饮中心、办公、综合市场等于一体的综合性建筑。云舒大厦可分为标准层、裙房和地下室,本次设计根据要求完成云舒大厦的消防系统和裙房给排水设计。
其中消防系统包括消火栓系统和自动喷洒系统。本次工程中消防系统和给水系统分开设置,消火栓系统与自动喷洒系统共同设计。根据规范要求消火栓系统分一个区;自动喷洒系统分区要求不能超过50m。消火栓系统要保证两股水柱能到达任何位置,整个消防系统要保证三个水源(消防水池、消防水箱、水泵接合器)。,选用3套水泵接合器,2台消防泵一用一备。
自动喷洒系统分为2个区,低区(地下一层至四层)和高区(五层至十七层)。,故均设置2套是泵接合器。消火栓系统和自喷系统合用一套增压设备,包括2台增压泵和一个气压罐。高区分4个报警阀组,低区2个报警阀组。
给排水做裙房,包括了餐厅,商场等多种场合用水,选用水箱加水泵的给水方式。,设置2台给水泵互为备用,生活水箱大小为30m3。
