市中心的重娶地块。摹地以开发大這和羅亨路为南北界。东西宽约628m,育北长釣 627m,占地而枳 ?(® 1)o 2现状综合评价

⑴盐城城南新区中央公园是盐城市的中心地块，它位于城市的主16线上。按裝世城市总体規划和盐城市城南蕭区中心区城市设计深化方秦，该区域是新区内里更的绿地■眾盐城$场景现带％—个W5?节点。
(2)按照世城市城南新区中心乞城市设计深化方案的更求，基地周边用地为文化震乐用地、裔业金融用地与居住用地，可以看出它的建设对禺边地区的开发具有霆要意义。
⑶基地内大割分的而稅为平地，便于改造，这为场地的***軒规划设计提供了良好的碁型(图2)。
