Secondly, on the contrast of the practices of planning standard between Hongkong, Shanghai, Changsha and Shenzhen, the route and main content s of urban planning standard of urban renewal areas in Shenzhen are explore d. Some core elements of urban planning standard of renewal areas in Shenzhen are further discussed, such as renewal objects, renewal scope, renewal pattern , land -using control, development control and public facilities . T he new system structure of the Urban P lanning Standard and G uideline of Shenzhen should satisfy the demand of government precise management . KEYWORDS: planning standar
