文档介绍:摘要 I 摘要本设计分别用 LM317 三端稳压芯片设计直流稳压电源,利用三极管输出特性设计直流稳流电源。通过相关知识计算出各电路中各个元器件的参数,使电路性能达到设计要求中的电压调整率,电流调整率,负载调整率,纹波电压等各项指标。本设计的拓展功能就是基于单片机的 LCD 显示电路,其原理是稳定电源所输出的稳定电压、电流经 A/D 转换电路,将模拟量转变成数字量,再经由AT89S52 单片机构成的主控电路,单片机控制后面的液晶显示电路,最后电压值、电流值以数字的形式直观的显示出来。关键词: 稳压,稳流,调整率,单片机 Abstract II Abstract This design LM317 three-terminal regulator chip design power supply, the transistor output characteristics design stabilized power supply. Calculated through the knowledge of the ponents in the various circuit parameters, so that the performance of the circuit design requirements for the voltage regulation, current regulation, load regulation, ripple voltage indicators. Stable output voltage, current through the A/D converter circuit, the analog into digital, and then enter the main control circuit constitted by the microcontroller AT89S52 SCM control behind the LCD circuit, the final voltage value in digital form, the current the value of intuitive display out.
