促进校际交流 提升学校内涵
为了适应农村学校新时期发展要求，加强学校内部管理，全面提升学校内涵发展。3月9日上午，隆兴中心学校罗来顺校长率隆兴镇连池小学相关部门负责人在河口中心学校张世新校长的陪同下一行6人到我乡凌霄小学、河口学校就寄宿学生管理、校园文化营造等工作进行交流。
参观交流组的老师们首先查看了两校整洁美丽的校园环境，随后走进学生寝室查看了学生内务整理情况以及内务管理资料。最后，交流组全体老师在四楼办公室举行了座谈会。凌霄小学刘宏江校长介绍了学校近两年来寄宿学生管理方面的情况，他说：“凌霄小学是一所历史悠久、地位独特、成果辉煌、特色鲜明的村级学校。创办于50年代初期，现有6个教学班，学生218名，其中住校生120名，占总数的55%……”他重点向交流组介绍了学校寄宿学生管理的经验及具体做法。
两乡镇中心学校校长座谈发了言，交流组各位老师分别就各自分管的工作进行了有针对性的交流学习。
