**时代农牧动物药业车间净化空调系统设计
摘　　要
本设计是**时代农牧动物药业车间净化空调系统设计，车间内包括干净厂房和包装间、仓库等。本设计区间由于功能要求不同而需要设计10000级干净空调系统和舒适型空调系统。净化空调系统遵守"医药工业干净厂房设计规*"和"干净厂房设计规*"〔GB50073-2001〕的相关规定，采用初、中、高效三级过滤器的全空气干净空调系统，送风、回风采用上送下回式，舒适型空调亦采用全空气系统；干净区回风采用回风竖井下回风形式，舒适区采用全新风。设计过程中本着到经济、合理、平安的原则，并对系统运行时产生产生的噪声、振动进展了处理。

The Design of Clean Room Air Conditioning System in Henan Time Agriculture PasturePharmaceuticalWorkshop
ABSTRACT
This is the design ofclean room air conditioning system of Henan Times Agriculture Pasture Pharmaceutical workshop includesclean room, wrapping room, and warehouse and so on. Because of the different function of the workshop,the air conditioning systemwas divided into clean room air conditioning systems with cleanliness level of 10,000 and the fortable air conditioning system. Based on the “Pharmaceutical IndustryClean Room Design Criterion〞 and “Clean Room Design Criterion〞〔GB50073-2001〕,the clean room air-conditioning systemwas designed into all air system withpreliminary efficient filter, middle efficient filter and high efficient filter, and the air flowed from the top down. The fortable air conditioning systemalso adoptedthe all air system. The clean room used vertical shaft to return air and the fortable air conditioning roomusedtotal fresh air system.

The design was made it in view of economical,reasonable and safe principle. Also the shock absorption and noise reduction was implemented.
