从其道路交通规划中可以看到，道路规划成了“六横四纵〞的形式，其中四条主干骨架，形成方格网状道路体系。由于老城区人口的密集，大量进行了支路的设置，道路交叉口的通行能力对整个道路资源的利用和潜力的发挥起到决定性的作用。交通便利后，各个方面得到更好的开展。
