2、投标人注册资金须在500万元人民币以上。
3、投标人必须具有专业的团队和经营管理经验，从事餐饮管理服务（如：酒店、企事业单位、学校、工厂等）超过3年以上，且同类项目的成功经营案例不少于5家，每家每餐就餐人员不少于500人。
4、投标人在以往餐饮经营中无任何食品卫生、消防安全等方面的不良记录。
5、本次招标不接受投标人以联合体形式投标，投标应符合《中华人民共和国招标投标法》的相关规定。
6、投标时投标人须缴纳投标保证金50000元。
五、竞标方式：
本次招标采取公开招标的方式，以符合招标文件需求、经营策划方案优秀并且报价合理为合格服务商。
六、资格审查：
本项目投标人的资格条件在评标时进行审查。投标人应在投标文件中按招标文件的规定和要求附上所有的资格证明文件，要求提供的复印件的必须加盖单位公章，并在必要时提供原件备查。若提供的资格证明文件不全或不实，将导致其投标或中标资格被取消。
