（五）、预防接种场所建设
1、按着总体规划，完成新林镇、大井、新城子等免疫门诊整改建设。进一步理顺乡镇新建规范化免疫门诊流程设置，使之更趋规范与合理，避免与普通门诊的混置。
2、完善部分乡镇狂犬病预防门诊及设备配套建设，按规划完成乡镇防保站狂犬病预防门诊建设。
（六）、业务管理指标
1、0-6岁流动儿童掌握登记率98%以上。
2、0-6岁儿童变动情况掌握登记率100%。6岁以上学生群体报告准确率98%以上。
3、新生儿报告准确率98%以上。
4、各类免疫规划记录资料登记齐全率100%，汇总、上报合格率98%以上。
5、疫苗验收登记、建账率100%，合格率98%以上。
6、新生入托、入学预防接种证查验率达95%以上，漏种疫苗补种率达95%以上。
（七）、依据上级行政、业务主管部门统一安排，及时启动儿童预防接种信息管理系统。
