摘要
桥式起重机,具有适应范围广,提升重量范围大,操作简单,安装拆卸方便等优点,广泛用于工厂生产和港口物流搬运中。
随着机械行业和现代物流业的发展,人们对起重机的要求也越来越高,这就对起重机的设计提出了更高的要求,起重机能否顺利有效的运行,取决于它的各个主要部分的好坏及其性能稳定性的高低,所以说桥式起重机的优化设计意义深远。显然,桥式起重机的总体设计十分重要,但是,传统桥式起重机:1、采用控制器及线控操作方式:行车在吊运物体走动时操作员必须跟随物体的左右或物体下面来实现控制行车的走动,有时视线不那么清晰或控制线与物体搅拌在一起时给操作员作业带来极大不便;2、采用驾驶室操作方式:使用时操作人员爬上起重机驾驶室操作,作业时驾驶员必须通过地面的指挥人员手势来操作,如果存在视角盲区或指挥失当驾驶员误解意思等将会产生操作错误,具有比较大的危险潜伏性。改装遥控后原有系统的功能和使用情况仍然保留,并且改装遥控后的功能能满足原有的全部使用功能,提高生产效能,可以远离危险区。因此实现桥式起重机的遥控操作是其发展的趋势。
该桥式起重机的起重量为10吨,跨度为12米,起升高度为9米,,机械部分主要由小车架、卷筒、吊钩、桥架横梁和操纵室等构成。

Abstract
Bridge crane, has wide adaptation range, lifting weight range, simple operation, convenient installation and disassembly and other advantages, is widely used in factory production and port logistics transportation.
With the machinery industry and the development of modern logistics industry, one of the cranes rising demand, which the design of the crane has put forward higher requirements, the crane can smooth and effective operation, it depends on the major part of the Good or bad performance and the level of stability, so that optimal design of the bridge crane far-reaching significance. Obviously, the design of the bridge framework is far-reaching significance. However, the traditional bridge crane:(1) The controller and the control mode of operation: Crane in lifting and carrying objects move operator must follow the object or objects to control the driving around, sometimes the line of sight is not so clear or line and object to control the mixing caused great inconvenience to operator work together. (2) The cab operation mode: when using operators climbing crane cab driver operation, must be operated by manders gesture operation, if there is a blind mand misconduct perspective driver misunderstand the meaning will produce operation error, with larger latent danger.
