摘要
随着中国孤独症患者数量逐年递增,越来越多的人开始关注孤独症群体。孤
独症患者往往在社会交往、语言沟通和行为方式上存在严重的障碍,影响其社会
适应能力的发展,与此同时,由于孤独症患者与社会难以适应,使其家庭承担着
沉重的责任,进而成为社会发展一大阻力。为了切实了解孤独症患者及其相关群
体的社会融入与社会保障现状,本次调研以孤独症及其相关群体为主体,以京津
冀等地区为取样范围,通过实际走访,问卷调查,进行数据收集和归纳整理,对
孤独症患者及其相关群体的社会融入与社会保障现状进行进一步分析,以期为
孤独症患者提供相关支持。

ABSTRACT
As the number of autism Chinese yearly basis grows, more and more
people began to focus on autism groups. People with autism often in social
interaction, munication and behavior exists serious obstacle, which
affects the development of the social adaptation ability , and at the same time,
as autism is difficult to adapt to society, that families bear heavy
responsibilities, and thus, they e a major resistance to social
development. To truly understand autism and related social integration and
social security status of autism and its associated groups, this research by
autism and related groups as the main body to Beijing, Tianjin and other
regions of the sampling range, was by means of actual visits, questionnaires,
then working on collecting and collating data. Then made further analysis on
social security status and social integration on people with autism and related
groups, in order to provide relevant support for autism.

序言
孤独症(autism),又称自闭症或孤独性障碍(autistic
disorder)等,是广泛性发育障碍(pervasive developmental
disorder,PDD)的代表性疾病。
中国在1982年报道了首例孤独症案例,但是直到2006年,我国才首次将孤独症列
为精神残疾,并纳入相应的保障体系,但是该措施也并没有从根本上解决孤独症
患者及其家庭所面对的实际问题。在近30年的时间里,孤独症患者及其家庭都属
于被政府政策忽略的群体。于此同时,作为孤独症康复主体之一的康复机构,虽
然在政府与社会的帮助之下不得以不断发展和完善,但是其发展水平仍然较低,
处境也不容乐观。作为弱势群体和特殊人群,孤独症患者及其家庭群体极容易发
展社会边缘团体[1]。相关团体的诉求已经成为当下中国需要严肃面对和迫在眉
睫需要解决的矛盾。因此孤独症患者及其相关群的社会处境应当获得足够社会
关注度,本次调研活动从实际走访中获得最新资料,进行采访总结,并期待为孤
独症患者的相关社会问题得出具有参考意义的答案。
