Location: Qingdao is located at the southern tip of Shandong Peninsula and beside the Yellow is famous as an port city of China and and a scenic tourist destination.
Area and population:Qingdao covers a total area of 10,654 square kilometers and has a total population of over 700 million.
Culture:Qingdao is a unique coastal city with beautiful and pleasant scenery and weather. Also it is a historical and cultural city, one of the birthplace of Taoism (道教)in China.
Economy:Qingdao is the economic leader in Shandong Province and It is China's most unique brand city with many famous international brands and well-known trademarks, such as Qingdao Beer, Haier, Hisense and so on.
As we all known,the petition of the 2008 Beijing Olympic has been held in Qingdao. It is known as the "sailing capital"of China .
Besides,the annual Qingdao International Beer Festival has e a beautiful symbol of this beautiful city of Qingdao.
