摘要:新生儿宫内细菌感染是新生儿感染性疾病的重要原因,严重者甚至危及患儿生命。然而出生早期新生儿感染缺乏特异性症状和体征,临床对宫内感染又缺乏有效的诊断方法,严重制约了临床诊疗工作。因此早期采用具有高灵敏度和特异度的诊断指标,及时发现新生儿宫内感染显得尤为重要。目前临床上主要通过检测脐带血炎性指标CRP、PCT、IL-6对新生儿宫内感染进行早期诊断,联合检测可显著提高灵敏度及特异度,可为早期诊断新生儿宫内感染提供一条较佳的途径。

Abstract:Neonatal intrauterine bacterial infection is an important cause of neonatal infectious diseases, severe and even endanger the lives of children. However, early neonatal birth lacks specific symptoms and signs of infection, clinical diagnosis of intrauterine infection lack of effective methods,seriously restricted the clinical diagnosis and treatment work. So early use with a high degree of sensitivity and specific diagnosis index, timely find the intrauterine infection is especially important. At present mainly through clinical detection of cord blood CRP inflammatory indexes, PCT, IL - 6 to early diagnosis of neonatal intrauterine infection, joint detection can significantly improve the sensitivity and the degree of specific, for the early diagnosis of neonatal intrauterine infection provides a better way.
