【摘要】目的:观察雷公藤多甙片治疗原发性IgA肾病综合症的实际效果。方法:选取2008年01月~2014年12月我院收治的原发性IgA肾病综合症患者120例,按随机数字表法将其分成实验组60例,对照组60例,对照组患者应用盐酸贝那普利治疗,实验组患者在对照组治疗的基础上应用雷公藤多甙片治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:%,%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<)。结论:雷公藤多甙片治疗原发性IgA肾病综合症,效果满意,值得临床进一步应用、推广。
