【摘要】目的:观察口服雷公藤多甙片联合维胺酯胶囊(三蕊胶囊)治疗颜面播散性粟粒性狼疮临床效果。方法:将62例颜面播散性粟粒狼疮患者随机分为A组(治疗组30例)、B组(对照组32例),~/(kg?d),分3次口服,~/(kg?d),连服8周。~/(kg?d),分3次口服,连服12周。A﹑B组经过规定疗程治疗后观察疗效。结果:A组经过8周后临床观察痊愈23例(%),显效5例(%),好转2例(%),无效0例,B组经过12周后临床观察痊愈21例(%),显效7例(%),好转3例(%),无效1例(%)。两组对照总有效率无显著性差异(x2= P>)。结论:雷公藤多甙片联合维胺酯胶囊治疗颜面播散性粟粒狼疮效果确切,且服用疗程短,副作用减少。
