[摘要] 目的:研究小剂量罗红霉素治疗慢性鼻窦炎合并鼻息肉的临床疗效,探讨其临床适用性。方法:取2013年1月至2015年12月在我院就诊的48例慢性鼻窦炎合并鼻息肉患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组各24例,对照组给予鼻窦炎口服液治疗,实验组给予小剂量罗红霉素治疗,比较对照组和实验组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果:对照组患者总有效(率)为12(%),明显低于实验组患者21(%),差异具有统计学意义(P<)。结论:采用小剂量罗红霉素治疗慢性鼻窦炎合并鼻息肉能够有效缓解患者的症状,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of smaller dose roxithromycin on the treatment Of chronic sinusitis with polyps and explore the clinical applicability.
