文档介绍：恩度联合顺铂热灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效的临床分析

摘要目的:观察恩度联合顺铂胸腔热灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液与单纯顺铂胸腔热灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液后积液量及CEA水平的变化。方法:80例恶性胸腔积液患者随机分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。观察组采用恩度45mg+顺铂30-40mg/m2胸腔热灌注,对照组单纯顺铂30-40mg/m2胸腔热灌注。比较两组患者治疗前后胸水量及癌胚抗原(CEA)变化。结果:治疗后有效率:试验组完全缓解19例,部分缓解13例,稳定4例,进展4例,对照组完全缓解14例,部分缓解9例,稳定12例,进展5例,&chi;2=,对应的P=<,差异有统计学意义。胸水CEA浓度治疗后观察组较对照组明显降低P=&lt;,两组不良反应比较无统计学意义。结论:恶性胸腔积液行恩度联合顺铂热灌注安全可行,与单纯顺铂胸腔热灌注相比胸水控制率较高。
