【摘要】目的:研究探讨胃肠外科围手术期护理对术后胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法:将我院2014年4月~2015年4月实行胃肠外科手术患者124例按照统计学原理分为例数均为62例的对照组和观察组。在患者实行手术治疗的过程中,对照组患者采用常规护理措施,观察组患者实行围手术期护理模式,比较两组患者术后胃肠功能恢复效果。结果:护理结果表明,对照组患者首次排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排便时间均短于对照组患者,数据符合统计学差异(P<);与此同时观察组患者护理效果满意率与胃肠功能恢复综合恢复率高于对照组患者,数据符合统计学差异(P<)。结论:对胃肠外科手术的患者实行围手术期护理,可以有效促进患者胃肠功能的恢复,同时患者护理满意度明显上升,值得临床上推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective To study the gastrointestinal surgery perioperative care effect on the recovery of gastrointestinal function. Methods From April 2014 - April 2015 for 124 cases of gastrointestinal surgery patients according to the statistics theory is divided into the number of cases were 62 cases of control group and observation group.
