【摘要】目的:观察脑苷肌肽注射液辅助治疗脑卒中改善患者认知功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:-,随机分为对照组和观察组各46例。对照组采取常规的对症支持治疗,采取降压、脱水或口服阿司匹林等治疗;观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用脑苷肌肽注射液,治疗14d。观察比较分析两组患者治疗前后的MMSE评分。结果:治疗14d后,两组患者MMSE评分均高于治疗前,且观察组MMSE评分高于对照组,认识功能改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<)。结论:脑苷肌肽注射液辅助治疗脑卒中改善认知功能障碍的临床疗效确切,值得在临床上广泛应用。
