【摘要】目的:探讨食管癌患者术后发生肺部感染的危险因素,为临床预防食管癌术后肺部感染发生,提高患者治疗效果提供依据。方法:选择我院2013年至2015 年收治的135例食管癌患者,按食管癌术后是否发生肺部感染将135例食管癌患者分为肺部感染组与对照组,比较两组患者的术前肺功能、年龄、吸烟量及手术出血量肺部感染发生率的差异。结果:肺部感染组肺功能中重度障碍、吸烟(≥400支/年)、高龄(≥60岁)、喉返神经损伤、围手术期失血量(术中出血+术后24h胸腔、腹腔引流量≥1000ml)、手术时间≥5h的比率均高于对照组(P<)。结论:肺功能中重度障碍、吸烟(≥400支/年)、高龄(≥60岁)、喉返神经损伤、围手术期失血量(≥1000ml)是食管癌术后发生肺部感染的高危因素,当患者存在上述情况时需要加强术后护理预防肺部感染的发生。

【Abstract】Objective To identify the risk factors for the occurrence of lung infections after esophagectomy, so as to provide reference to prevent the pneumonia after esophageal carcinoma and improve the treatment effect. Methods 135 patients with esophageal carcinoma who were accepted by our hospital from 2013 to 2015
