【摘要】目的:研究产前超声对胎儿生长受限(FGR)的评估手段,总结产前超声对胎儿生长受限的诊断价值。材料与方法:对产前超声诊断为胎儿生长受限的超声图像特点进行回顾性分析,结合国内外产前超声对FGR的评估手段,探讨产前超声对胎儿生长受限的诊断价值。结论:产前超声检查胎儿生长受限有特异性价值,应作为首选方法,但需仔细观察,尽量避免合并症的漏诊和误诊。

【Abstract】Objective To Study the measures of prenatal ultrasound at fetal growth restriction(FGR) ,Conclude the diagnosis value of prenatal ultrasound at And methods: retrospective analysis at Prenatal ultrasound image characteristics of FGR, combine the foreign assessment methods of prenatal ultrasound at FGR, discuss the diagnosis value ofprenatal ultrasound at FGR. Results There is a specific value of prenatal ultrasound at FGR,so we should make it to be the preferred method,but we should observe carefully to avoid missed diagnosis plications.
