【摘要】组建医联体、健全分组诊疗体系是落实国家新医改方案,推进公立医院改革,构建新型医疗服务体系的一项探索性举措。而远程医疗为医联体成员间共享医疗资源、提高患者就诊效率提供了信息技术支撑,为医联体的落地生根、真正解决分级诊疗提供了有效途径。本文结合泰兴市第二人民医院建设远程医疗系统的实践,进一步探索基于远程医疗医联体的建设。

1、引言
国家大计,民生为重,医疗问题是一根敏感的“社会神经”,牵动着千家万户。而“看病难”是人民群众反映比较强烈的一个问题,造成看病难的原因之一是医疗资源不均衡:大医院门庭若市,每天超负荷运转;小医院门可罗雀,
缺少优良设施和人才。未来,三级医院“牵手”二级医院和社区医院组成“医联体”的服务模式将得到全面推广,提高效率和资源的有效利用,改进服务质量,增进患者的满意度。
