随着学校人员的增多,高校固定资产管理系统人员的负担越来越重,为了让高校固定资产管理系统人员能从繁重的工作中解脱出来,实现无纸化办公,使工作更有条理,更方便,更有效率,开发出一套高校固定资产管理系统软件是很有必要的。高校固定资产管理系统,是以高校的管理方式为实例而设计的一种实用型管理系统。本系统具备通用性、简单操作性,适用于同行业以及一些同类型的企业管理。
本系统采用了B/S体系结构,以Microsoft Visual Studio 2005作为前台开发工具,以Microsoft SQL Server作为后台数据库管理系统进行开发。系统按照软件工程设计思想,采用生命周期法进行全程开发,包括需求分析,系统总体设计,系统详细设计等。系统可以完成固定资产管理的全过程,包括用途管理、设备类型管理、增加方式管理、减少方式管理、资产信息管理、资产变更管理、管理员管理、用户管理等几大功能模块。

Abstract
With the increasing number of the university population, the work of staff in fixed asset management system of colleges and universities became increasingly heavy. In order to release the work of the staff in fixed asset management system of colleges, to achieve paperless office; Make the work anized, more convenient and more efficient by developing a set of software college fixed assets management system is necessary. The college fixed assets management system is a practical management system for university management as an example to be designed. This system has general and simple operation, suitable for some type of enterprise management.
This system uses the B/S architecture, and Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 as a development tool, and Microsoft SQL Server as the back-end database management system development. The system design is based on the thought of software engineering, using of the whole life cycle of method development, including requirement analysis, system design, system detailed design etc. System plete the whole process of fixed assets management, including the use of management, type of equipment management, increase management, reduce the management, assets management, assets management, administrator management,user management and other functions.
