文档介绍:【摘要】:本设计所用的产品是用在机器接头处的定位垫片,这种产品价格较低,是一款经济又实用的零部件。该定位垫片选用Q235A作为原材料,所采用的生产工艺是冲孔、落料。在对定位垫片进行了工艺分析、制定之后,我们设计出了相应的复合模,之后阐述了通过对模具结构的合理安排来保证并提高零件质量的方法。在保证和提高零件质量的同时,必须提高零部件的生产效率,降低劳动强度,延长模具的使用寿命。对于加工过程中存在的诸多问题也提出了行之有效的解决办法。
根据零件的分析过程,对工艺进行了相应的改进,描述了一套复合冲模结构特点和工作过程,应注意的问题和装配工艺性,针对钣金冲压、冲孔复合模冲压断裂容易折断,同轴度和模具更是难以保证等一系列技术问题,使用寿命短,落料冲孔的改进制造工艺,设计了一种新的复合冲裁模式,提高了工件的同轴度精度,延长模具的使用寿命。

Abstract: The product is used in the design of the positioning gasket used in machine joints, the price is low, is a kind of economical and practical parts. The positioning gasket Q235A is selected as the raw material, the production process is characterized by punching, blanking. After the positioning of the gasket process analysis, formulation, we designed the posite mold, then elaborated through the reasonable arrangement of the die structure to ensure and improve the quality of parts. The method to ensure and improve the quality of parts ponents, must improve production efficiency, reduce labor intensity, prolong the service life of the mold. For there are many problems in the process are also provided Effective solutions have been developed
According to the analysis of the process of parts, the process was improved, describes pound die structure characteristics and working process, should pay attention to the problem and the assembly process for sheet metal stamping, punching, stamping fracture easily broken, coaxial and die is a series of technical problems difficult to guarantee, short service life manufacturing process improvement, blanking and punching, designed a posite blanking mode, improves the precision of coaxiality of workpiece, prolong the service life of the mold.
