猴头菌性平味甘,有助消化,利五脏的功能。现代医学研究证明,猴头菌中含有的多肽、多糖和脂肪族的酞***物质,有治疗癌症和有益人体健康的功效。对消化道系统肿瘤有一定的抑制和医疗作用。对胃溃疡、胃炎、胃病和腹胀等业有一定的疗效。本文主要对猴头菌的化学成分、药理作用及临床应用进行综述,为猴头菌的合理应用提供依据。

The research progress of hericium cultivation and medicinal
Abstract
Hericium erinaceus ping gan, helpful for digestion, and the function of the five ans. Modern medical studies have shown that hericium erinaceus contains peptides, haride and phthalein of aliphatic amine substances, have cancer and human health beneficial effects. On the digestive system tumors have certain inhibition and medical effect. Such as gastric ulcer, gastritis, the stomach problems and bloating industry has certain curative effect. This paper mainly on the position of hericium erinaceus, pharmacological action and clinical application were reviewed, provide the basis for the reasonable application of hericium erinaceus.

1、棉籽皮麦麸配方 
棉籽皮82%,麦麸15%,尿素1%,石膏粉1%,过磷酸钙1%,料水比1:~。 2、棉2 2、籽皮玉米粉配方
棉籽皮82%,麦麸11%,玉米芯4%,磷肥1%,石膏粉2%,料水比1:~。
