【摘要】目的:研究反流性食管炎的治疗及临床效果。方法:选取我院2014年11月-2016年10月反流性食管炎患者94例并根据随机数字表法分为均等两组。奥美拉唑组采用西沙比利+奥美拉唑治疗,雷贝拉唑组采用西沙比利+雷贝拉唑治疗。比较两组患者反流性食管炎胃镜下愈合率和总缓解率;治愈时间、住院时间;服药前和服药后患者症状积分、SF-36评分的差异。结果:雷贝拉唑组反流性食管炎胃镜下愈合率和总缓解率显著比奥美拉唑组高,P<;雷贝拉唑组相较于奥美拉唑组治愈时间、住院时间更短,P<;服药前两组症状积分、SF-36评分相似,P>;服药后雷贝拉唑组相较于奥美拉唑组症状积分、SF-36评分改善更显著,P<。结论:反流性食管炎的治疗及临床效果确切,可有效改善临床症状,缩短治疗时间,提升生活质量,值得推广。
