【摘要】目的比较不同桩核冠在牙体缺损修复中的应用效果。方法将行牙体修复的78例患者(85颗牙)随机分为A、B两组,每组各39例,其中A组患者采用铸造桩核修复,B组患者采用纤维桩核修复,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果 %,%,两组患者牙体修复成功率之间的差异无统计学意义(P>)。结论两种桩核冠在牙体缺损修复中均具有较好的效果,应根据实际情况综合考虑,选择适当的修复方法。

【Abstract】 objective pare clinical application effect of different pile nuclear crown in the restoration of tooth defect. Methods 78 patients with teeth restored (85 teeth) were randomly divided into A, B groups, 39 cases in each group, patients in the A group were treated by cast post, patients in B group were treated by fiber post, compared the clinical effect of patients in two groups. Results The restoration ess rate of patients in A group was %, the restoration ess rate of patients in B group was %, there was no significant differences between two groups (P> ). Conclusion Two kinds of pile nuclear crown all has good effect in restoration of tooth defect, according to the actual situation into account, select the appropriate repair method.
