摘要:目的研究分析鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的护理方法。方法此次研究的对象是选取我院于2014年1月-2014年12月间收治的150例慢性鼻窦炎接受鼻内窥镜手术治疗患者,将其临床资料进行回顾性分析,并对其实施积极的护理干预,分析护理干预方法的临床效果。结果在本次研究中,无并发症现象,治疗总有效率为100%;比较护理前后患者鼻塞、流脓涕等临床现象,护理后明显优于护理后(P<);统计患者对护理的满意度情况,%(73/75)。结论对慢性鼻窦炎接受鼻内窥镜手术治疗患者实施积极的护理干预,能显著提高治疗效果,为改善预后奠定基础,应该在临床上做进一步推广。

[Abstract] Objective To study the nursing methods of endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis. Methods the research object is selected in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2014 from 150 patients with chronic sinusitis received intranasal glimpse of endoscopic surgery for patients,their clinical data were retrospective analysis,and the implementation of active nursing intervention of nursing intervention on clinical effect.
