进入二十一世纪的今天,企业若要取得竞争优势,必须清楚了解客户的需求,并且建立稳固的客户关系。建立一个方便快捷的客户服务系统不仅可以汇总客户的信息资料以进行管理,而且会令客户感到购买该公司产品后所享受到良好的服务。虽然国内同类软件在各种彩票部门已有所使用,但是由于开发费用及资源利用空间的问题,普通大中型企业不需要一个如此庞大的软件。因此,研制一个小型抽奖系统是十分必要的,本系统正是基于以上的考虑,以Visual ,Access 2000 为数据库平台进行开发,形成了一套适合大中型企业使用的抽奖系统软件,为企业和用户带来一定的社会效益和经济效益。目前,该系统已试运行,运行状况良好,得到了客户的好评。
软件实现了系统管理员在需求分析阶段提出的功能需求,即:添加和删除客户信息、查询抽奖结果、对抽奖结果进行分类保存、对需要的客户信息可以将其打印出来,对于未中奖的客户还可以保证其进入下次抽奖。ess2000作为后台数据库,建议在使用本系统时先不要运行其它较大的系统,以免影响系统的运行效率。系统运行后可以不关闭系统,但为保证安全性,系统运行时应尽量避免让不知道业务流程的人操作,减少因此而带来的数据错误
本抽奖系统可以胜任一般的小型抽奖活动,它可以让多个用户注册使用,并且可以存储大量抽奖客户的详细信息,这样可以保证中奖的客户及时了解自己的中奖情况,保证了抽奖的公平性。而且可以直接在程序中添加,删除,修改,查看数据库的的各个客户的信息,使本软件的用户操作起来更加方便和得心应手。本软件还可以把中奖客户的名单进行打印,这样就可以及时的向外界公开中奖的客户的名单,保证了信息传递的及时性。
此外本系统对电脑的配置要求很低,占用资源少,运行速度快,这可以给用户减少不少的麻烦。经过测试,系统各模块的连接情况连好,做到了高内聚低耦合,系统整体运行情况较好,安全性也不错。
