摘要
本课题结合生产实际,在农用运输车的基础上对低速载货汽车车架及悬架系统
进行了设计。设计内容主要包括:参与总体设计;车架、悬架结构型式分析和主
要参数的确定;车架、悬架结构设计。
整个设计过程遵循以下原则和技术标准:规范合理的型式和尺寸选择,结构
和布置合理;保证整车良好的平顺性能。工作可靠,结构简单,装卸方便,便于
维修、调整;尽量使用通用件,以便降低制造成本;在保证功能和强度的要求下,
尽量减小整备质量。
低速载货汽车上用得比较广泛的是边梁式车架和非独立悬架,因为边梁式车
架和非独立悬架结构简单,比较经济实用,便于维修和改装。考虑到车架和悬架
在整车设计中的作用,首先进行了车架、悬架的总体设计,然后对车架、悬架结
构进行了设计,最后对车架、悬架的结构进行了受力综合分析,在次基础上确定
了它们的主要参数。

ABSTRACT
This bined production with the actual and based on the agriculture
transport vehicle foundation, the low speed truck frame and suspension system have
been designed. The main content of the design include: the design of the participation
system, analysis of the structure pattern of the frame and suspension and
determination of the main parameter, design of the structure of the frame and
suspension.
During the entire design process, the principles and the technical standards are
followed: the reasonable pattern and the size, the structure and arrangement; the good
smooth performance of the entire vehicle; with reliable work, simple structure,
loading and unloading, advantageous for the service and the adjustment; as far as
possible general parts, in order to reduce the cost of the production, the function and
the intensity request are guaranteed, the quality is reduced as far as possible.
The side frame and non- independent suspension are used quite widely on the
low speed truck, because the side frame and non- independent suspension structure
are simple, economical and practical, advantageous for the service and the refit.
