摘要:在度假型酒店经营过程中,因其特殊的性质和定位,康乐项目是经营的很大一方面,但其在这方面的开发却存在诸多不尽如人意之处。加之目前国内对酒店康乐项目的整体重视度不够,研究上比较薄弱,很多酒店在康乐项目开发存在问题时,不能很好地运用理论提出解决措施,本文主要通过对当前国内度假型酒店康乐项目开展现状及问题进行分析,综合影响康乐项目选择的因素,为度假型酒店合理地开展康乐项目提出针对性意见和建议,以引导其更好更健康地进行发展。

1绪论
改革开放以来,人们的物质方面日益丰富,除了日常的柴米油盐,很多人都选择走出去旅行,放松身心。随着旅游业的不断兴盛,很多人也从之前的劳累型旅行转向放松型旅行,其对酒店的需求也从简单的“睡觉”变成了休闲放松,而这些康乐性需求无形中促使酒店开展自身的康乐项目。
康乐项目是指人们为了达到调节身心,恢复体力和振作精神的目的,在闲暇时间,在一定的场地和设施条件下的休闲性和消遣性的活动,其中包括康体活动、消闲活动、保健活动、娱乐活动等多个方面。因康乐本身因为收益较大,能为酒店带来丰厚的营业额,进而成了很多度假型酒店相互角逐的项目之一。很多酒店都争相恐后开展出丰富多彩的康乐项目,其中有文艺演出、有健身项目、有娱乐表演、有疗养身心、有风景名胜等等,只为能最大限度地满足消费者的各种需求。但在度假型酒店开展康乐项目过程中,鲜有特色的招牌项目,很多酒店都在混乱的争夺市场战中,为争得一席之地,在康乐项目的开发上,遍地开发,为开展项目而开展项目,进而导致项目不精、服务不周等现象频发,
