摘要:目的:探讨分析疝气无张力修补术治疗老年腹股沟疝的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2013年6月至2015年7月间我院接治的94例腹股沟疝老年患者的临床记录资料。结果:治疗组的手术时间、术后疼痛时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均低于对照组,术后并发症发生率少于对照组,差异均具统计学意义(P<)。结论:疝气无张力修补术治疗老年腹股沟疝的临床疗效显著,具有推广价值。

【 abstract 】 objective:to study the analysis of the hernia repair without tension clinical curative effect for the treatment of elderly inguinal :a retrospective analysis of 2013 between June and July 2015,our hospital treated 94 cases of elderly patients with inguinal hernia clinical record :the treatment group of operation time,postoperative pain time,ambulation time,length of hospital stay were lower than the control group,the incidence of plications is less than the control group,the differences were statistical significance(P < ).Conclusion:no tension hernia repair in the treatment of elderly inguinal hernia curative effect is distinct,the value for popularization.

腹股沟疝,俗称“疝气”,属于外科疾病。它的以手术治疗为主,然而参考老年人的实际情况,当前临床工作者亟需解决的问题为如何减小手术风险、迅速恢复患者健康。随着修补材料的不断更新和人们对腹股沟局部解剖的深入了解,很多医学工作者开始选择无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝[1]。本研究将
2013年6月至2015年7月间我院接治的47例腹股沟疝老年患者行疝气无张力疝修补术治疗,现做如下报告。
