摘要
本论文题目来源于煤矿综合机械化采煤成套设备的液压支架研究设计,主要任务是论述液压支架的主要设计过程。本文在详述液压支架发展历史及国内发展现状的基础上,分析了液压支架的组成和工作原理,并对一下内容做了设计计算:液压支架的选型设计、主要参数的确定、主要零部件的设计及强度校核。
根据所要求的支撑条件,采用掩护式液压支架形式。本支架针对较薄煤层赋存特点,结构紧凑,支撑效率高。支架采用四连杆机构,改善支架的受力状况,缩小支架升降过程中的顶梁前端前后移动的距离。立柱采用双伸缩液压缸,以满足支架最低及最高位置时的高度要求。平衡千斤顶采用2个Φ125mm缸径千斤顶,增加了平衡千斤顶作用可靠性以及连接装置的可靠性。底座采用中封式整体刚性底座,既可保证推移机构能顺利排出浮煤,又可提高支架整体刚度。
