【摘要】目的:观察银翘散治疗“急性化脓性扁桃体炎”疗效是否确切,与抗生素治疗静脉给药组、口服给药组比较疗效如何。方法:选取我院近期门诊病例随机分为三组,分别采用中药、抗生素静脉给药、抗生素口服给药。观察感染指标物hs-CRP、PCT、WBC下降程度以比较疗效。结果:中药组与静脉给药组疗效相当,均好于口服抗生素组。结论:银翘散治疗“急性化脓性扁桃体炎”疗效肯定,有临床应用价值。

【Abstract】Objective To observe the clinical efect of yinqiao san in treatment of acute suppurative To select 76 case patients of acut suppurative tonsillitis treated in our hospital,randomly divided into three group,76 cases in each group,A group(given yinqiao san treatment,26 case), B intravenous injection antibiotics treatment,23 case).C group(given oral antibiotics treatment,27 case). observe the clinical effect of the three group. Results The clinical efect of A group and B group is better than C group. there was significant diference in the three Yinqiao san has a good clinical curative efect of the treatment of acute tonsillitis,worthy 0f clinical application.
