摘要: 目的建立胃肠宁提取液中东莨菪内酯的HPLC含量测定的方法,通过L9(34)正交试验,对胃肠宁胶囊的制备工艺进行研究,优选胃肠宁胶囊的制备工艺。方法根据胃肠宁处方的功能主治和药物成分的性质,采用常用的水提醇沉法提取,建立胃肠宁提取液中东莨菪内酯的HPLC含量测定的方法,通过L9(34)正交试验,以干膏得率和提取液中东莨菪内酯的含量为评价指标,优选胃肠宁胶囊的最佳提取工艺,然后筛选不同辅料,优选出最佳辅料,根据研究得出的最佳制备工艺制得胃肠宁胶囊。结果实验得最优的提取工艺为处方加10倍量水,煎煮3次,每次1h,醇沉浓度为60%,(60℃) 的清膏,(清膏:淀粉=1:),混匀,制成软材,过2号筛制得胶囊内容物,烘干,整粒,用半自动胶囊填充板装填胶囊,即得胃肠宁胶囊。结论本实验优选出的制备工艺稳定可靠,简单易行。

Study on the Preparation Technology of Weichangning Capsules
Abstract: Objective To establish HPLC method of scopoletin in weichangning extract, through L9(34) orthogonal test to study the preparation technology of weichangning capsules and optimization the best preparation technology. Methods According to the function and property of chemical ingredients in the weichangning prescription, used water to decoct herbs, through establish the HPLC method of scopoletin in extract, and L9(34) orthogonal test, with dry ointment yield and the content of scopoletin in extract for evaluation index, to optimization the best extracting technology; Then, screening different materials to optimization the best one, and according the best manufacture technology to made the weichangning capsules. Results Through experience, the optimum extraction conditions were 10 fold of water, extracting 3 times, 1h each time and the concentration of alcohol was 60%, the relative density of thick paste about (60℃),add times accessories(thick paste: starch=1:),and then blending it ,through sieve to make the contents of capsules ,and then drying it and make it out, last, use the semi-automatic capsules board to make out the weichangning capsules. Conclusion The preparation technology of Weichangning capsule was stable, simple, and effective.
