摘要:本文针对先前研究的一系列穴播机,设计一种种腔内置式的,利用杠杆原理开启的舵轮式双位内投种穴播器,其主要组成部分是上位变量排种器和下位穴播器。上位排种系统的作用是实现一次定量排种,而下位排种系统是对上位的一次排种排实现二次内投种,二者的联合作业,迎合了新一代的精密穴播技术的设计理念。
所设计的内置式双位内投种穴播器主要特点是采用上位变量排种器将农作物种子平均分配到入土成穴器完成首次排钟和下位穴播器入土播种的二次土壤内部排钟,保证了穴播的精密性,入土成穴器主要由定瓣和动瓣组成,动瓣用螺栓固定在动盘上,置于穴播器内部,挡块用螺栓固定在定盘上,置于穴播器内部的动瓣端,利用杠杆原理,在挡块切向力作用下,将达到最大入土播种深度的成穴器强制开启,实现二次内投种穴播。此设计主要是针对花生、玉米、棉花、豆类等大粒农作物种子的穴播。克服了先前穴播器开启不可靠、堵土、夹土等缺点,本文的研究将为研制此种穴播器提供部分理论依据。

Abstract:According to the previous researches on series of hill-drop planters, this paper puts forward a new type of dibbler with built-in seed cavity. This kind of dibbler is wheel type, two-row, inside seed throwing, exploiting leverage principle for opening. Its ponents are the upper variable seed-metering device and the lower dibbler. The function of the upper seed-metering system is to realize quantitative seed-metering. The lower seed-metering system is to realize a second time inside seed throwing. And the joint operation of both caters to the design concept of the new generation precision dibbling technology.
The main feature of the designed built-in, two-row, inside seed throwing dibbler is twice seed throwing, the first seed-metering by seed-metering device and the second time inside seed throwing. The boring and caving device posed with fixed part and rot table one. The rotatable part is fixed on rotatable plate with bolts, putting inside dibbler. At the end of rotatable part, there is track roller. Exploiting leverage principle, the boring and caving device will be opened at the max depth under the block’s
tangential force. This design mainly aims at the dibbling of big seeds like peanut, corn, cotton, beans, and so on. It es the weaknesses (unreliable opening, soil blocking, soil carrying) of former dibblers. This paper will provide the
