This unit tells about people who invented new things and helped the development of our society. In the Listening and Speaking section, you will learn how to offer help and express willingness to help. In the Reading and Writing section, Text A tells the story of the blind young man who invented the Braille system; Text B tells how tomatoes e part of the American diet; and Practical Reading includes the copyright page of a book.
