摘要
本设计题目为特厚板结构件焊接设计,体现了特厚板结构件焊接的设计要求、内容及方向,有一定的设计意义。通过对特厚板结构件焊接设计,进一步加强了设计者特厚板结构件焊接基础知识,为设计更复杂的特厚板结构件焊接做好了铺垫和吸取了更深刻的经验。
针对特厚板焊接结构件焊接难度大的情况,通过对其难点的分析、焊接方法的研究,发现特厚板焊接可以采用的焊接方法有很多:有CO2气保焊、电渣焊、窄间隙焊、还有埋弧自动焊等等
CO2焊由于熔池小、热影响区窄,因此焊后工件变形小,焊缝质量好,并且焊道整齐,焊道接头少。焊丝熔化速度快,生产效率高。并且抗氢气孔能力强,对油锈敏感低,操作性能非常好。
最后选择了合适的CO2焊接工方案,加上严格的技术管理,成功地保证了特厚板焊接结构件焊接质量,并取得了显著的经济效益。
