要: 从产品设计中成本控制的角度, 基于材料替代的研究思路, 以洗衣机为例, 分别从机械产品的零部件结构重新设
计、零部件结构局部改进和零部件结构总体保持不变等 3方面进行应用研究, 在产品在性能得到保证的同时, 使产品成
本也得到了优化。

Abstract: F rom p roduct design cost contro l persp ective and based on the research idea of the substituted m aterials, this
pap er proceeded app lied research on the follow ing three asp ects: the design of m echan ical p roducts of structural parts
redesigned, of structural parts adjusted and of structural parts rem ained unchanged. In them eantim e of ensuring the design
m echanical p roducts p erform ance, the products cost control has been op tim ized.
