摘要: 将产品设计看作功能实现问题, 提出一种基于变功能参数的机械产品创新设计方法。在对机
械系统的组成进行分析的基础上, 建立了功能特征模型和功能参数知识库, 运用变功能参数操作, 实现
了产品功能的变异和扩展以及结构的重构, 从而达到产品创新设计的目的。实例验证了该方法的实用
性和有效性。

Abstract: Product design w as considered as functional satisfaction problem , and an innovativ e ap
proach of m echanical product desig n using functio n parameter m utation operation w as pr esented. In
view of plex ity of m echanical products, the functio nal char acteristic mo del and the kno w ledge
library of functio n parameter s w ere established. Through the function par am eter m utatio n operation,
then function and structure of products w ere m odified and generated. The design processes can be
used to obtain a v ar iety of innovative products. Finally, an example was illustrated the practicality and
effectivity of the pr opo sed method.
