摘    要:
目的:观察小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效及药物安全性。方法:收治疱疹性咽峡炎患儿80例, 随机平分两组。对照组采用利巴韦林常规抗病毒治疗, 观察组在常规治疗基础上联合小儿豉翘清热颗粒, 观察两种方案的临床有效性及药物安全性。结果:观察组总有效率95%, %, 差异有统计学意义(P<) 。结论:小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合常规抗病毒治疗疱疹性咽峡炎, 具有疗效显著、起效快等特点, 安全性高。
