摘要
企业文化本身是一个渐进的、开放的、取精汇弘的系统体系。在其生成发育过程中,必须将其放在民族、企业、个人的三维空间来立体思考。民族之心即民族大众的精神诉求和文化祈盼,是基层企业文化建设的源头和根脉;企业之心即企业精神,企业家必须把重视事和物的管理与重视人的管理结合起来,这样才能使企业精神成为价值同构、目标同向、行为同质的精神基因,成为一种激励凝聚的重要力量;个人之心即指个人的价值追求,人的最高层次的需要是为民族、为企业的献身精神,而文化管理是企业发展终极价值与职工自我实现需要的最佳契合点基层企业文化建设从文化心理学的视角看,可以说就是一个企业的“心路历程”。在这个“心路历程”逐步生成发育的过程中,离不开民族之心,企业之心和个人之心的“心心相印”。此“三心”从内到外,从微观到宏观为基层企业文化建设设定了背景、打上了印记、铸就了基层特有的文化符号。只有将企业文化放在民族、企业、个人的三维空间来立体思考,才能创造出一种适应企业发展需要的生生不息的精神素
