摘要:目的:分析鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的诊治体会。方法:我院2014年4月至2015年8月收治的120例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者进行鼻内镜手术治疗,对手术结果进行随访,且评价治疗效果。结果:120例患者全部顺利完成鼻内镜手术治疗,对所有患者进行为期半年的随访,无效为3例,治愈99例,好转18例,%,没有严重手术后并发症出现。结论:鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉具有较好的治疗效果,视野清楚,直视下操作,可以彻底清除病灶,值得临床推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective:to analyze the diagnosis and treatment of nasal endoscopic surgery for chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps.
