老年公寓庭院绿化与设施设计研究

摘要
本文依据老年人的生理状况特点,从老年公寓着眼,以部分城市已建成、使用的老
年公寓为案例,通过考察部分老年公寓的庭院空间,对其绿化、活动场地以及场地设施
等进行分析。
文章依托于老人的活动行为方式、老人的不同活动能力,老人特有的身心变化产生
的特殊要求,对场地以及活动设施进行比较和研究,分析目前我国老年公寓庭院绿化与
设施设计中出现的问题,并进一步发现形成问题的原因。针对老年公寓的定位,明确老
年公寓庭院绿化与设施设计的针对性原则。在对庭院绿化与设施方面的功能进行优化调
整,提高庭院的吸引力,改善空间环境,提高空间的利用率等方面做出努力,提出在我
国时代与经济发展的基础上,能够满足老人活动需要、提高老人日常生活质量,实用功
能更完善的老年公寓庭院绿化与设施设计。

Abstract
The characteristic, sees the main body of a book from the angle of old age
apartment house judging by physiology of the old people situation, by inspecting
the part old age apartment house's outdoors space, carry out analysis on it's
afforesting , exercising space, and space facilities and so on. And specifically
for at present old age apartment house outdoors, the space current situation,
proposes that on our country times and the basis of economic growth , the space
being able to satisfy the old people daily life , exercising the courtyard
needing designs that.
The article relies on the ability using personal influence in way exercising
behavior , diversity of the old people of old people , peculiarity that proper
old people body and mind change produces demands, the nothing obstacle to design
that, for the theory that general design and adaptability design designing a
basis, the optimization carrying out a function on space and the facilities using
personal influence is adjusted; Carry out the form and functional union on
afforesting allocation , afforesting arrangement of ideas and so on; Reinforce
courtyard space identification. Be aimed at now available general-rization ,
do things carelessly , be short of the old age apartment house courtyard design
that the long range considers, suggest that on our country times and the basis
of economic growth, be able to satisfy old people activity need , improv
