安徽省区域经济差异研究及主导产业选择
摘�要
经济发展的区域差异是任何国家(地区)在经济发展过程中不可避免的
一种现象。安徽省也不例外,研究其区域经济差异及其变化,对制定宏观
经济政策,区域发展战略,促使全省经济协调发展具有重要意义。本文选
取人均 GDP、产业结构、市场的发育水平三个反映经济发展水平的典型
性指标,以市域为研究单元,运用统计分析、数学模型等研究方法,从不
同的角度分别对改革开放以来安徽省经济发展的区域差异及其变化进行
了研究,得出:安徽省的经济发展存在着一定的区域差异,它的变化比较
复杂,近期呈现扩大的趋势;并从自然、社会、经济等多方面对其原因进
行了分析,提出安徽要实现可持续发展必须实施区域协调发展的策略.
实现区域协调发展可以通过两个途径:地区倾斜、产业倾斜。安
徽省处于工业化的初中期,正确地选择主导产业并积极地加以扶持,
是解决区域经济差异,实现区域经济协调发展的一项重要措施。本文
以工业主导产业选择为例,分析了发展主导产业的条件、遵循的原则,
研究了安徽省的自然、经济、社会的条件,以及当前及未来的国内外
的形势,构建了判断模型和选择模型,对安徽省的工业主导产业作出
了选择,并对其进行了定性的分析。

Study on regional economic disparity and selection
of strategic industry in Anhui Province
Abstract
Regional disparity is a phenomenon inevitable in the process of economic
development with all country (region) and Anhui province is no exception. It is
important to implement the whole province coordinating development by
studying regional economic disparity, establishing the macroscopic economic
policy and district strategy of development. This paper chooses three
representative indexes---per capita GDP、structure of production and market
developing standard, analyzes the statistics since the implementation of reform
and open-up policies by means of statistic analyses and mathematic models .It is
concluded that there exists regional disparities in the economic development of
Anhui Province and shows that its change plicacy and that the trend
increases in the future. This paper also analyzes the reasons for disparities
regional formatting from the aspects of natural ,economic and social
factors .Then, some advices are given that the strategy of regional coordinating
development should be employed for the purpose to plish sustainable
development.
