中文摘要
在当下中小企业的发展背景下,对我国中小企业人力资源配置存在的问题及原因进行分析,并通过比较了解我国目前三种类型中小企业人力资源配置的现状,得出缺乏科学合理的布局和人力资源配置管理是目前不少中小型企业进一步发展的主要障碍,企业竞争力的核心是企业资源的配置力。针对这种情况,本文关注企业人力资源配置与企业竞争力和经济社会效益之间的关系,在企业宏、微观人力资源配置层面,就如何更有效的提升人员的配置和利用效率进行研究,初步提出我国中小企业人力资源优化配置的几点看法和建议。

Abstract
Under the development background of the small and medium-sized enterprise, by carrying on the analysis to questions and the reasons for the small and medium-sized enterprise human resources disposition existence, and to learn the present situation of the three kinds of small and medium-sized enterprise human resources disposition through parison,we conclude that a lack of scientific and reasonable layout and the human resources disposition management are the chief obstacles which prevent the further development of many small and medium-sized enterprises. The core of petitive power is the ability to deposit the enterprise resources. In view of this kind of situation, this article pays attention to the relationship among the enterprise human resources disposition, the petitive power and the economic society benefit and to how to promote the personnel's disposition effectively and efficiently in the level of the great and microscopic human resources disposition stratification.
