摘要
随着人民生活水平的不断提高,更多的消费者开始逐渐趋于在网上购物。对于电子商务企业而言解决物流问题变得尤为的重要。然而传统的物流外包已不能满足消费者的多样化需求。电商企业开始找寻新的发展出路——自营物流。本文借鉴了大量国内外相关最新文献数据,并根据我国自营物流现状,对我国电商自营物流进行了详实严密的分析。
首先,本文从电子商务物流理论入手,阐述了我国电商自营物流发展现状,随后,对我国电商自营物流进行SWOT分析,通过缜密的分析和系统的研究,对我国自营物流现状、机遇与挑战进行探讨,并提出自营物流应当采取的相应战略方向。最后结合京东商城的自营物流,为其他电子商务企业开展自营物流提供更好的方向。

Abstract
With the continuous improvement of people's living standard, more and more consumers begin to tend to shopping on the .It e especially important to solve the problem of logistics for merce ,traditional logistics outsourcing cannot meet the diverse needs of the consumers .panies began looking for a new development way —— self-conducting logistics. In this paper,a large amount of data related to the latest literature at home and abroad and according to status quo of self-run logistics in our country,to our country electricity self-conducting logistics has carried on the detailed analysis.
First of all, based on the general study of logistics,this paper expounds electricity self-conducting logistics development present situation. Then, SWOT analysis was used to our country electricity self-run logistics,through careful analysis and system research,the current situation of the self-run logistics of our country, discusses the opportunities and challenges,and put forward own logistics should take the corresponding strategic direction. bining with jingdong mall’s self-run logistics,other electronic business enterprise to carry out the self-run logistics to provide the better.
