科技奖励是承认科技工作者的劳动价值和科研成果、激励创新团队和科研人员持续创新的一种有效手段。本文从科技奖励视角出发, 构建了创新团队激励分析框架, 并以北京创新团队数据为基础开展实证分析, 研究认为:具备产学研多机构协同开展研究、从事技术发明和基础研究、团队成员多专业构成且从事3个以上专业研究、有重点实验室支撑、以中青年为主且有良好的人才梯队、高级职称为主的上述特征中的任何一项的创新团队获奖比例相对较高, 整体激励效果也比较明显。

A research on the innovation team motivation from the perspective of science and technology award

Abstract:
Science and technology award is an effective means to recognize the value of the labor of scientists and their scientific researches, and to encourage innovation team and scientific research personnel. In this paper, from the perspective of science and technology award, we build an motivation analytical framework for innovation teams, and take the data of Beijing innovation team as the foundation to carry out empirical analyses. The research suggests that innovation teams have a higher proportion of award-winning, and the overall incentive effect is more obvious; the research is involved with collaborative innovation of Industry-University-Research Institutes, engaged in technological invention and basic research, and their team e from different professions and engaged in more than three professional researches, they are supported with key Laboratories, having outstanding talent teams posed of young and middle-aged personnel, and most of the team members have senior professional titles. Such teams will have a higher proportion of winning awards and have a more marked effect of motivation.
