摘要
电子皮带秤配料系统是一种集输送、计量、配料于一体的在线测量动态自动衡器。该系统由一台或多台配料电子皮带秤组成,不仅能够显示瞬时流量和累计量,还可以根据输送带的瞬时流量与设定值的偏差去调整给料量的大小使瞬时流量更加接近设定值,构成一个环控制系统,达到恒定瞬时流量的目的。随着工业生产的迅速发展,电子皮带秤配料系统的需求量日益增大,已被广泛应用于冶金、建材、电力、化工、食品等行业的工艺控制。同时,随着电子计算机技术和自动控制技术的飞速发展,该系统所应用的技术更加先进,领域更加广泛,可以采取的方案更加灵活多样,而且,由于系统往往耗资巨大,用户的实际条件也各不相同。因此,慎重,全面地选择一套合理、完善、经济的方案就显得尤其重要。本论文研究的电子秤自动配料系统是基于国内某研磨材料有限责任公司电子秤自动配料系统的要求而设计的。本配料系统已在该公司内投入实际运行,控制效果良好,使企业取得了良好的经济效益。

PLC Application on Automatic Weightometer Burden System
Abstract
Belt scales batching system is a kind of integrating transportation, measuring, mixing in an online automatic weighing apparatus measured dynamic. This system consists of one or more ingredients belt scales, can show not only transient flow and total amount of conveyor belt, can also according to the value of the instantaneous flow deviation to adjust to the size of the feed to flow, constitute a closer setting control system, and achieve constant flow of purpose. Along with the rapid development of industrial production, electronic belt scale increasing demand of burdening system, was widely applied in a pan of metallurgy, power, chemical industry, food industry etc of process control. At the same time, along with puter technology and the rapid development of the automatic control technology, the system application technology more advanced, more extensive, field can take the scheme is more agile diversity, and, due to the system often costly, users of the actual conditions are also different. Therefore, careful, choose a reasonable, perfect, economic solution appears especially important. This paper studies the automatic weightometer burden system which is based on a domestic grinding materials limited pany automatic weightometer burden system requirements and design. The ingredients in pany has system into practice and control effect is good, causes the enterprise to have achieved good economic benefit.
